My boss sensed that I was v. upset and apathetic ever since i knew my value of my contribution to the Company was not appreciated. I have been going back on time everyday, taking longer breaks and turning down new works assigned to me, quoting the reason of projects over-loading and shortage of manpower to assist me. She called me in yesterday morning and re-assessed my performance rating. I was given a rating from above-average to excellent performer. With this new rating, she promised to try for another salary review for me in the coming mid-year evaluation. I guess she is trying to get me to be more motivated. Honestly, I am not so optimistic about her assurance. *** Update – I haven received any calls for interview yet. :( Is our unemployment rate still very high?

Its like a mending a broken relationship. Even if you stick a broken cup back to shape its just not perfect any more however super the glue. Who ask them to smash the cup in the first place?
But if there are no more cup left, a broken cup is better than no cup?- not for me to say... (shrug)

I suggest we all pitch in and start a new biz.
We will start a vigilante group that will go and beat up those ppls bosses bosses who haven't given them a good performance rating. They email us the photo and name and company, and our group of hired hands will go and rough him/her up for a low low fee of $150 per boss.
Here's our company's org structure:
Cath: VP in charge of HR. You will be incharge of paying salary to our hired muscle-heads and paying their medical bills in case any boss is a TKD blackbelt and they lose even if it's 10 on 1.
Buggy: Ops manager. I will scout the location for the hit. Then also provide the getaway vehicle. If it's a big group, we need to take SBS bus.

Our pay starts basic, but once we go IPO in 2 yrs time, we will be paying top dollar for those Ultimate Fighting Championship calibre hired hands.
For the moment, we should be able to get by with 2 thugs, SBS Ezlink card and handiplast + Yoko Yoko heat balm.
